Delivery In India
In India, we ship the products via courier service (DTDC), India Speed Post. Depending on the destination, it takes 5-7 working days to deliver by DTDC.
In case of emergency or urgent delivery we ship through DTDC fast service DTDC-PTP and it takes 24 working hours to deliver the product. For that, a customer needs to select Express Shipping. Please note that this is available only for a few pin-codes.
In some places where DTDC services are not applicable then we ship the products via Indian post and it takes around 5 to 8 days to deliver the product.

For Indian Customers/ Patients
Delivery by India post will take 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch. However, in some cases it may get delayed as regulations of different countries or clearing agencies may take time to clear the shipment. But, generally, it does not happen because along with the products, we send all the required documents with completed formalities as required by Speed Post Service, which includes prescription by our doctor.
If products are to be delivered at a far off place like an island or in a remote area, it may take a longer time to deliver the shipment.
Delivery in Other Countries except for India
For all countries, small orders are shipped through Govt. of India’s Speed Post or Parcel service. India post delivers the best & fastest for the SAARC countries. It only takes 24 working hours for us to ship your order. We will provide you the Tracking number (EMS) within 24 hours of shipping your products. Surely, all our patients & customers can track the package online. Note: India post tracking works only after 36 hours of shipping.
For Free Shipping, a customer requires to purchase at least products of 120$ and above.

Please note that the product will be shipped by Speed post Air – mail service of Govt. of India in case of free shipping.
NOW, in cases of emergency, as we deal with a lot of cases with critical conditions (like CKD, Cancer), patients/customers may ask for quick delivery. We send these shipments via DHL or FedEx. For that customer has to select another link i.e. Express Shipping and has to pay 70 $ extra. And if a customer buys the product cost 800 $ or more then we send the products via DHL or FedEx without taking extra charges.
In case, if the products are to deliver in South Africa, it takes around 4 weeks.
The packages are not delivered via EMS in countries like Norway, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Italy. Hence, we send the packages in these countries via DHL and it takes 5-7 working days to deliver the products. The charges for DHL are high and each package costs 80 $ extra. So, the customer has to pay extra shipping payment (i.e. the US $ 80). By selecting the Express shipping, you can easily pay the Extra Shipping cost.
