ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT FOR KIDNEY FAILURE
Modern science is so advanced with growing technology these days that it is able to develop cure for a number of diseases which was earlier not possible. But, despite of this fact, kidney failure has been a major issue which has not got a single treatment in the world. One has to look out for transplant till then dialysis is the only way to sustain life. There is a great saying, ”Necessity is the mother of invention” , so the need for today is to find a way out for treatment for kidney failure.
Dr. Shridhar Aggarwal, one of the world’s best known Ayurvedic doctor has developed cure for kidney failure. Ayurveda a well known and researched science has found acceptance even in the Western World. Ayurveda’s one part i.e. Yoga and Pranayama has already been accepted by world over. Now is the turn for Ayurveda’s herbal & metal based medicine. Herbal cosmetics are in great demand these days.
Ayurvedic medicine has been proven to be alternative of Dialysis since ages but Dr. Shridhar Aggarwal has re-discovered the same. There are many herbs which clear the creatinine overload in blood. Ayurvedic text books describe few herbs like Punnarnav, Gokshura & Varuna etc. These herbs have diuretic effects like the allopathic Diuretics viz. lasix or Torsemide(DYTOR) but unlike Allopathic diuretics they don’t put load on kidney. These herbs improves kidney functioning as well.
For treating this dreadful disease, first we have to understand, what are the reasons behind this disease. Few reasons have been listed below, sometimes you don’t find a reason at all.
- First reason is Diabetes & this accounts to almost around 30 % of kidney patients worldwide. People are taking Allopathy drugs for long 30 years and suddenly they get to know that their kidney is not functioning & they are now suffering from Kidney failure.
- Second most important is High Blood Pressure- 20 % of high blood pressure patients suffer from the same disease.
- Autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and IgA nephropathy
- Genetic diseases (diseases you are born with), such as polycystic kidney disease
- Nephrotic syndrome
- Urinary tract problems like stones
Sometimes, the kidneys could also stop functioning very suddenly that too within two-three days. This type of kidney failure is called Acute Renal failure Treatment or Acute kidney Injury. Common causes of acute renal failure include:
- Illegal drug use and drug abuse like Pain Killers
- Not enough blood flowing to the kidneys/blockage
- Heart attack
- Urinary tract problems
This type of kidney failure remains for few hours to days and is not always permanent. Your kidneys may start working normally with treatment and if you do not have other serious health problems.

All about Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a science which is being rediscovered these days. Generally people have faith in Ayurveda in many Acute and chronic diseases but Kidney Failure is that ailment which according to Allopathy is not treatable, but Ayurveda has shown a ray of hope in curing this disease as well. Herbs & herbal compounds have been used since centuries by our parents, grandparents in curing their diseases when Allopathy was not there at all. Herbal remedies are preferred worldwide nowadays over Allopathic Medicine.
Ayurvedic herbs Alternative to Dialysis have wonderful effect on kidney tissue as it heals the ailing kidney tissue. It heals the inflammation done by untowards chemical and other agents. It blocks the Nf-kappa path-way & slowly increases the functioning of kidneys. Kidneys start manufacturing urine which is the basic need of the hour. What has been observed in patients with Dialysis patients is that their Urine output increases when they are put on Ayurvedic Treatment. Then Slowly and slowly Creatinine overload in blood decreases, which releases toxins in our body. Thus a feeling of well being starts with Ayurvedic treatment in first few days only. Within few months of Ayurvedic treatment, Dialysis frequency can be reduced & even stopped depending upon Creatinine values before dialysis. Also, with Ayurvedic Treatment we try to educate people with the side effects of Allopathic Medicines. Prolong use of Allopathic Medicine can also cause Kidney failure, so we generally stop the use of same.
The great thing about Ayurveda is that its treatments always yield side benefits, not side effects. Take care
